In reply to: [Hemingway] Different post formatsYes, I agree that the ‘block quote’ style is borrowed for the quote post format on the demo site, but that doesn’t help out on the post style options though. I am also hoping that Anders Noren (the theme developer) is able to provide a solution. Otherwise I am getting close to abandoning this theme, though I like it in a lot of ways.

In reply to: [Hemingway] Different post formatsThanks, but I can do that quite easily with the text editor options within the post. If you go here and scroll down, you will find:
1. A quote post format, Feb. 3, 2014
2. An aside, Jan. 31, 2014You’ll notice that these post formats have different date formatting, etc. There is an option within the WordPress post admin to mark a post as one format or another, but choosing any of these options does not seem to cause any expected formatting changes. I’m curious what I’m missing, or I won’t be able to use this very nice template…

In reply to: Search Meter update caused a problem in admin?Feedback is helpful. Thanks. Today I simply reinstalled the plugin (a new upgrade, I think) and reactivated it. This time, it performed without any glitches. Hmm.

In reply to: Search Meter update caused a problem in admin?I’ve deactivated this plug-in, and that seems to have resolved the problem. But what can I do to reactivate the plugin and prevent the problem with the plugin running?

In reply to: Custom permalinks failurewhere is .htaccess? (hint, I’m an amateur :))

In reply to: Page links stopped workingMy custom permalinks also failed. Resetting to default permalinks re-established the connections, but how can I repair the custom links? I would like to continue using custom permalinks, not just the default.
