This is a nightmare for anyone, wake up in the morning and see that things were changed while sleeping…

Another domain had the same problem (perm 750), and now reverted back to 755.
I can now access wp-admin, but homepage shows blank, no error, nothing.
any hint?

The same time I posted here, submitted a critical ticket at my host.
They told that the permissions from the domain (root) folder were changed to 750 instead standard 755. This happened also with couple of domains I have. Weird… but looks solved now.

Yes, like cloning the main website instalation in root to another dir, sub-folder. Which plugin can do that?

As simple as that?
Will there be any confict?

If i want to make a copy of all files (pages, images, etc) from base dir and use them on the new just created sub-dir to be modified later, what is the best way of doing it?

Support looks dead in the last 2 months….
I started to receive hundreds of spam testimonials as well… with hundreds of email notifications per day….

Do you use all testimonials all together without anything separating them?

I will be using this plugin in one of my websites.
On the other two websites, will be using two different plugins each other, and will be monitoring google to see if anything changes meanwhile.
From the three plugins used, none is yet displaying the star rating when searching.

But will be patient and keep on waiting ??

One last question:
When searching your website at google, foxytechnology.com, and since you have your own plugin installed, why the star rating is not appearing when making a search?

Ok, it’s not a problem.
Wasn’t understanding earlier how it was working.
Will be using and see how things work in the next few days, when google makes update to search.

Made a test with another page of my website:

In this page, used only [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET] shortcode

So, let me see if i understand correctly:
Google will only show star rating on search if using this last shortcode, correct?

This means, to display the user form, the reviews and to be indexed at google, i need to use three shortcodes together:

[RICH_REVIEWS_FORM]
[RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW_ALL]
[RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET]

Am i thinking right?

the first will show the form and the second will show all reviews below.

Aren’t supposed to be together?

Shouldn’t the google webmaster tool detect the rich reviews working?
Indeed, your’s looks be working fine, but others don’t.
Also, the WP customer reviews with google webmaster tool says its working and on google search not even one….
