Would a simple text field for both teams suffice? Then scores can be entered in any fashion (for tennis, single score games, etc.) and displayed exactly as the score is entered.

What did you have in mind for displaying the score? Would the score display when the user hovers the cursor over a match on the brackets? How about on mobile? The downside of displaying it without hovering is the space that it would require to display on the brackets. A bracket match would need a second line to display score data (so a bracket takes up 4x line heights per match instead of 2x), or the bracket match would need to be significantly wider.

Yes, that’s absolutely something we’re looking into. I’m not sure of the exact details or timeline at this stage, but this is on our short list. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you for the reply! It is currently working as intended. With 4 competitors, the term semi-final is not used. I suspect this is heavily subjective though.

What I can do in a future update is add a filter to customize the round language for each size.

Thank you for the report. I’ll investigate and push an update out as soon as possible.

This isn’t an automatic solution that you need; however, this should get the brackets to display in a way that works. Add this to the WordPress Backend, Appearance -> Customize, Additional CSS:

	width: 325px;
}

	width: 323px;
}

Hi Nick!

The input box for starting a tournament interprets each line as a single competitor (or team). So for doubles, you could enter a team name if they have one or you could enter both names.

As to your issue – I can’t duplicate a problem with a 16 or 32 competitor tournament. I attempted both with the current stable and both worked as expected. Would you copy and paste the text you are using here so that I may try again? Thank you!
