A developer can modify the code easily to show this popup only for logged-in users.

We’d rather prefer not to hack the plugin, to avoid having to do it each time the original plugin updates.

While the issue gets fixed through some new official update of the theme, I’ve substituted the image with this CSS trick: https://css-tricks.com/replace-the-image-in-an-img-with-css/

I’ve tried, through Customizer, to set a fixed image for the site’s header instead of the random headers, and the same is happening: one of the products’ images is shown in Store Page instead of the one chosen through Customizer ??

I’ve just updated the theme to version 1.0.6 but it hasn’t fixed this issue ??

Oh, sorry! I’ve just become aware that your slideshow is not a presentation of blog posts but only of images (it’s only a gallery slideshow). So, it won’t be useful for us and must make the Blog posts our Front page. Sorry for the confusion… ??

Quite complicated. But I’ve tried and that was not exactly what I wanted, because if I have to set the Posts page as my Front Page, then it would redundant with the Home Page.

I mean I do not want to have the Post Page as Front Page, but to be able to link to it from a static, different Front Page with the big image and the slideshow, like in the demo, where Home is one page, and Blog is another one.

I’m not sure if my explanations have been clearer now…

Now that I followed your instructions and updated the theme to the just-released new version, I cannot recover the former config and have lost the ability to have a Home page distinct from the Posts page ??
