Edit:

I’ve changed the site title in Settings > General > Site Title to “Orlando Graphic Design, Web Design, Branding, Advertising”

and using the Snippet Editor in my home page and changing the actual SEO Title in the home page to %%sitename%%

Hopefully this will yield a better result when Google re-indexes my site.

Unfortunately till same issue after the above described “form_display.php” fix.

WooCommerce – Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons v2.10.2
Gravity Forms v1.9.14

Unfortunately replacing the “form_display.php” file in Version 2.10.2 didn’t work for me.

What version are you running?

Thanks, can you please post the old “form_display.php” file or code. I’m not sure I have it backed up and would like to try the work around.

Update to 2.10.2 didn’t solve my issue.

Same issue while using Version 2.8.1.

Thought updating to 2.10.2 would solve the issue but now not sure based on your post.
