So, I solved my problem by removing your plugin!

I replaced it with the superb plugin, which is more modern and more functional: Caldera Forms

This problem is still current on WordPress 4.7

Form tag:

<Label> Attach a file
[File files limit: 2mb filetypes: pdf] </ label>

Mail tag:

File: [files]

The following directory is present: wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads

The permissions are:

wp-content 755
uploads 755
wpcf7_uploads 755

Attachments are not written to the directory: wpcf7_uploads

How to solve this problem ?
