but it might really take a while for buddypress existing users to get used to the new structure, maybe a little notice or directions while installing could keep them informed.

Really ? so how do they expect people to install it when the “save and next” was removed

Thanks guys , i read thru what @songdotech wrote, and it worked, then i later discovered that my wordpress files/pages were being replaced by the hacker. so i changed it back.

Before that day i previously installed 4 RSS plugins after that then i got hacked.

As soon as i confirm the one RSS plugin i got hacked from, i shall post it here to prevent others from installing it.

Anyway working on how to Hardening WordPress now.

Am kinda having issues with buddypress skeleton component example trying to create a plugin but buddybar doesnt seem to be appearing in the example template that came with buddypress skeleton component example. Any ideas ??

Go to your Buddypress Settings/component and unselect
the option >> Discussion Forums and save

And then u can now install your site wide forums
