In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce sending duplicate email receiptsI was troubleshooting something else with Stripe on Aug. 8 and clicked a button that said it would enable more payment methods, so I’m assuming that was what you mean? Now when I go to the settings page you described, I see that “enable the legacy checkout experience” is unchecked.
On a side note, we have received a few orders since I originally started this thread, and I haven’t seen any emails being duplicated. So the issue seems to have stopped for now.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce sending duplicate email receiptsHi @carolm29, on that screenshot I posted there is at least one new order at the bottom that didn’t generate duplicate emails. So I believe it just started yesterday (Aug. 8).
I do think I recently updated the Stripe Gateway plugin but I don’t remember when.

I need this data for a quarterly tax return that is required by my state —?it’s due at the end of July. It looks like exporting a single month of tax data creates the same email issue, so I would have to manually copy all of the data by hand in order to file my tax return on time if the issue isn’t corrected soon. Or do you know of a workaround I can use in the meantime?

I just tried to export a revenue report and the download link was emailed to me right away. So I just need to wait for WooCommerce 9.2 to be released, I guess?

We have checked that issue and for us it seems that this menu is using the admin email.
If we are mistaken there and you have a special setup where you can specify the exact email, please correct us.
In case, it is using the admin email, that is a must to set up SMTP and check it for your email service.
They seem to be saying SparkPost will not work for sending these types of emails … does that sound right?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] “Your report will be emailed to you” … never arrivesIt turns out my site’s DNS was missing the CNAME record for the email service I use (SparkPost). I added that and other emails are still sending successfully, but the report still isn’t sending. My host hasn’t said anything about seeing blocked emails. They are continuing to investigate and I’ll post an update here when I know more.

I don’t see anything in my spam folder, and other emails are being delivered from the site (new order notifications, etc.). We use the SparkPost plugin to send mail. I will ask the hosting provider if anything is being blocked. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce subscription payment errorBased on some feedback from my host, I reverted to PHP version 7.4. I was able to reinstall the Ninja Forms plugin without issue. Hopefully the next subscription that renews will go through without issue.
