Does anyone know or I will quit trying, and restore site.
My site is down temporarily, coz I tried many plugins.

Add custom menu item, link it to home, name it Home.

Add more widgets and you will see it is ok.

As I see, it worked.
Your post content is left from sidebar, not under anymore. ??

Open style.css

Change:
.entry {
margin-top: 10px;
position: relative;
}

To:
.entry {
margin-top: 10px;
position: relative;
float: left;
}
