Having this issue as well.

I tried every tip in all the threads mentioned with no luck. Then the second last post in one of the threads before it was closed recommended to deactivate EWW Image Optimizer if you had it installed. That solved my problem instantly.

Update, I generated a new recaptcha code and it seemed to work fine now. Thanks.

As I said in the previous post, the hosting updated the PHP version to the most current version. It’s using greater than 5.4. Thanks.

I am curious where all the reports of issues are you mention? A developer can’t erase posts from this forum. And if anyone has a negative review for a theme or plugin, this is going to to be the first place they come to place it obviously. For both the page builder plugin and this theme, there are literally only a handful of under 3 star reviews. And most of them are actually older. And again, if people had major issues with the support forum or posts being erased as you say, they would come back here and post a negative review. That’s not happening.

I use the theme on 2 sites. I have never had an issue with support or the developers forum. In the tread posted, you immediately got hostile with them for following the same basic trouble shooting steps that every support forum for every premium themework I have ever used follows. They can’t read people’s minds, they need to establish a common procedure for every case.

I found it, sorry. It’s added using a widget rather than set in the theme settings. Not super intuitive.

Hey thanks for the reply. That didn’t seem to have any effect. That’s code is added along with keeping all the code from that article as well? The whole header is still shifted to the left.

This is what would be ideal to achieve. I wish the theme was setup this way. Having that header full width on large screens just does not look great. The theme is so great other than that.

If it was even available as a pro option I’d pay. But the header looks like an after-thought compared to other premium themes I have paid for.

Hey the site is in maintenance mode and in the early stages of being built so I can’t post a link. The most I could post is a screenshot.

But, this is the article from the Customizr site I am following.

As you can see in the comments, other people have the same issue. The snippet there does “work”, but it just doesn’t align the header properly. The header stays shifted to the far left (as the comments on the page say). I think it worked at one point based on the comments, but with theme updates it doesn’t seem to anymore. I am trying to inspect the element to see what could be causing that, but I just can’t figure it out.

Sorry another related issue. When I try to send the test email, or save settings, I get 4 status messages saying it was sent. I saw this same item in a post from 2 months ago.

Open up the tax rate class in PhpMyAdmin, the column tax_rate_class is empty. Could that be an issue?

Yes they are showing.

I do have both tables.

Locations has:

SELECT * FROM wp_woocommerce_tax_rate_locations WHERE 1

Rates is showing all of my rates identical to what I am seeing in the Woo admin.
