Thank you for your reply, I think I understand the concept. What would be the safest possible option?

The child theme is activated and looks like the parent, so I’m happy. I’m worried about future updates thought, and want to chose an option that won’t overwrite my customization in the child theme. Therefore I was worried about choosing the ‘no handling’ option.

Found my error. Is divi not compatible? I don’t understand, is it only my version?

Got the lifetime divi pack together with non paid OceanWP and Ocean extra. Seems the oceanwp theme conflicts divi scripts, in the divi builder and I could not open certain option menus in the row, section, module interface. That is ‘multiple choice’ options eg font, full width/boxed, etc. that where just an error code.

Only worked once I deactivated the OceanWP theme (ocean extra had nothing to do w it.)

That seemed to have been the cause, it’s corrected now.

I have no cache plugins and disable cache on webhost server.

Could solve it by changing width, margins, paddings in mobile version.

(I will still need to find a way to make the section non-responsive to mobile, or min. width)

The black and white text boxes are both in the same section. Do you mean to change min. width for one of two sections?
