I have same issue. WordPress, WooCommerce and all the rest plugins is up to date. Is there is any solution to fix this?

Hello, I have sort my issue next way:

1. Open form fields;
2. Add third “dummy” field. Save;
3. Form appears. Than I delete third field and save again.

For some weird reason this helps me.

Thanks Bet, but unfortunately my client don’t want to use such type /?p=N permalink. He want to use /9qF0F(5 symbols – letters and digits) permalinks.
