I have the same issue as the person above and a few other people which all seem to be version issues however i am already on this 2.18 version.

About to buy it, one last thing can the designer be used only on certain items? We have thousands of items and to manually add this size for the template will take time. I want to use it for a special category that you can design and maybe just add to cart for the product.

Also templates, can i just import pdfs? or does it all have to be designed online?

Is there documentation i can view prior.
