I don’t think it has anything to do on the WooCommerce side and more the ship station side, since when using the mobile app the images for woocommerce loads, but just not on the web interface so they are clearly being imported into ship station if they are showing on the mobile app.

I have reached out to shipstaton and asked to be downgraded to their legacy and they just ignore my request to do so and was told that the issue is also an issue on legacy so that won’t fix the problem.

@aashik Hi, yes this issue occurs on every order for WooCommerce in shipstation, the odd thing is the images do appear in the shipstation mobile app but on their web interface they don’t. This is just for WooCommerce, our Etsy and eBay connected stores import the images in just fine.

Has there been any update to this yet Chris? I am having the same issue with my Shipstation, when importing from eBay, and Etsy the images show up but from our own site from WooCommerce the images are not displayed.

I have, but it seems to be something stored in the database, where even when i disconnect the pinterest account, once i go back to the plugin setup it shows my account is already connected, is there a way to delete everything from the plugin in my database and install this with a fresh start?

Okay so going off some other threads and things I have seen. I may have this updated.

It appears when when using a MPN number, i normally would use my SKU as my MPN which worked my SKU would be something like TC-12345.

This worked on my previous items but now on my new items that won’t sync if I change my MPN from TC-12345 -> TC12345. The products will now sync, so it looks like google doesn’t like when you use a – in the MPN number. Changing this it has fixed my syncing issues.

I did this and it worked but what if I would like customers to stay on FB/IG when purchasing, once it’s linked am I able to switch back or do the customers have to be linked to to my website when going through the Woocommrce plugin?
