We see you added this to our Github forum. I’ll do my best to address this here and close the Git ticket.

I looked at your site and do not see where you’ve added the widget to a sidebar or page that will display upcoming shows. We can’t troubleshoot your issue if you can’t give us exactly where you placed the widget. Please reply with the widget location and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can you share the URL the player is on so that we can see what is happening when you add the shortcode to the page. On our demo site, we have the player set in the shortcode section and it is working fine for us, so we’d have to see it on your site to fully understand the issue.

Could be related to something called “Installatron” which was used maybe to install WordPress in 2019 on another server and is lingering on the WP Engine install. Still looking into it.

I can’t now. Had to upgrade to fix the site. It was the generic WordPress upgrade notification that we all see when there’s an update.
