Hi Tom,
Thanks for sharing that information.
We’re looking into this issue, as it appears related to a change in WordPress 6.7. In the meantime, you can roll back to WP 6.6 to avoid the error.
We’re hoping to release an update when we figure out exactly what the issue is within the plugin, as we use the ‘init’ hook to load our translations currently.

In reply to: [Ultimate Lightbox] Will not show full or large imageHi Greg,
Thank you for contacting us and for the feedback. Apologies for the delayed response!
The Ultimate Lightbox plugin is currently designed to display the image that is already being shown in the browser (i.e., the image source (src) of the tag that the user clicks on). It doesn’t automatically grab the entire srcset list and display the largest image from that list. This is why, in your case, the plugin is showing the thumbnail instead of the full-size image.
I will forward your suggestion to our development team for consideration in future updates.

Hi tom,
Thanks for contacting us.
Could you let me know which version of WordPress you’re using?
Also, could you please enable WordPress’s debug mode and logging by following this guide: Debugging in WordPress. Once enabled, please reproduce the issue and check if any descriptive error messages appear, especially ones that reference a specific file in the plugin.
Additionally, could you check the debug log for any entries around the time the error occurred and share that section with us? This might give us more insight into what’s going wrong.
You can keep WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY set to false so the log entries do not display on your website, if that would help.

In reply to: [Ultimate FAQ Accordion Plugin] Cache plugin and duplicated imagesHi voyados,
Thanks for contacting us.
Does WP Rocket provide an option to exclude images with a specific selector? If so, could you try .ewd-ufaq-faq-body img and see if that makes a difference?
Make sure to clear your cache after making your changes to apply the settings.

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Ultimate Product Catalog. Quick Edit Product PriceHi Steve,
Thanks for contacting us.
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option in the plugin to do so.?I’ll definitely note it down for future consideration.
Hi JP,
Thanks for contacting us.
The issue could be related to how the caching plugin is caching the JavaScript files associated with our plugin.
Does your caching plugin offer an option to whitelist specific pages, plugins, or plugin assets from being cached?
If so, we recommend whitelisting the page where the date picker is used, or the JavaScript files related to our plugin, to ensure they are not cached.

In reply to: [Ultimate FAQ Accordion Plugin] Transate FAQ Content with WPMLHi Gabriel,
The FAQs are set up as a custom post type. To make them translatable, you may need to enable our post type in your translation plugin’s settings. In WPML, for instance, there’s an option to enable specific post types. Once activated, you’ll be able to create different language versions of each FAQ with ease. You can find more information on this in their documentation.

In reply to: [Ultimate Product Catalog] Sort Products A-Z by defaultHi onleme,
Thanks for contacting us.
You can resolve this issue by making use of the orderby attribute in your shortcode.

Hi liquid,
It would depend on how you password-protect your page.
As a precaution, I would recommend that you also add a noindex rule to the page or disallow crawling with robots.txt.

In reply to: [Ultimate WP Mail] Interest block and widgetHi li-an,
Our apologies for the delay.
You can make use of the [subscription-interests] shortcode or Gutenberg block to let users choose different interests for which they can receive notification updates.?You can place it anywhere on your WordPress site.
To populate that form with interest options, go to Ultimate WP Mail (Emails) Settings > Basic > General > Listed in Interests > Select a few options and then save your changes.
From there you just need to create the interests.
If you selected Post Categories, you can go to Posts > Categories > Add New Category.
If you selected Ultimate WP Mail Categories, you can go to Ultimate WP Mail (Emails) > Categories > Add New Email Category.
If you selected WooCommerce Categories, you can go to WooCommerce Products > Categories > Add new category.
Hi liquid,
Thanks for contacting us. By default, our Ultimate FAQs plugin adds a FAQPage schema to your WordPress page containing Ultimate FAQs. To disable this behavior, you can enable the Disable Microdata option in Ultimate FAQs Settings > Basic > General.
I should mention that although that option disables the schema, it does not prevent Search Engines from indexing/crawling your site.
If you want to hide that page from Search Engines, I would suggest that you make use of an SEO plugin, update your robots.txt file or password-protect your page.
Our Ultimate FAQs plugin is designed to be compatible with most WordPress themes. You should be able to integrate Ultimate FAQs into your custom theme without any issues.
