We can confirm that the issue has been formally resolved since WPvivid Backup Plugin version 0.9.109, please check and make sure that you are using the latest version.

You can check the following possible causes first:
1. Make sure that the database is included when you export the site.
2. Try to clear cache on the target site and server if any.
If the above does not resolve the issue, would you send us a debug zip to support(at)wpvivid.com to help further identify the issue? You can find the debug zip from WPvivid Debug tab of the target site, please make sure to include a link to this thread so we can track the issue.
