Is it possible to allow users to enter a postal/post code instead of a zip code for the Stripe checkout plugin?

I have an underlying problem of the built-in checkout submission wanting to POST to /add/ instead of /my-url/add, and while the WooCommerce integration solves the Stripe checkout problem it has other issues involving webhook completion and post-checkout redirection.

I see you’re on holiday for a bit longer, no problem – your insight is appreciated, thank you ??

    Hi,
hmm i am not exactly sure what do you mean, is it the zip code you enter in the credit card field in the third step in [adverts_add]?

If so then the zip and postal code are pretty much the same thing with a different name, in the US a “zip code” is being used and in Europe, a “postal code” is used. That being if a European is filling the credit card field he, of course, needs to fill in his postal code in the Stripe zip-code input.

    Hope this helps?

Yes, this is the third step of [adverts_add]. Thank you for this explanation – I didn’t see that the zip/postal field changes based on the origin country parsed in the card number! I was entering Stripe’s test card number (4242424242424242), seeing the form reveal the zip field, and then became worried when I couldn’t enter letters for postal codes into it.
