In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Lazy LoadsYes thank you! Turning off lazy loads fixed the issue!
Thank you for the reply. We have started a new thread.
We’ve encountered a similar issue re: Lazy Loads. This is related to our use of the Modern Team plugin.
The authors have commented with this:
“It seems you are using a lazy image loading solution. Perhaps Jetpack. MTS cannot always handle interference from other plugin. Please try disabling any lazy load solution. If that does not work, try serving the images for the members from the same domain instead of https://i2.wp.com”
Please comment with suggestions on how we can address this issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Upgrade crash siteThis same issue has affected me. Turns out it’s because my host, GoDaddy, is still on PHP 5.6, and requiring a major uptick in hosting fees in order to access PHP 7.2+
Since Jetpack follows the system requirements of WordPress, which now recommends PHP 7.2+, the issue with upgrading will persist.
Now, as I consider setting my WordPress to plugin auto-updating, I must decide whether to bail on Jetpack, because an auto-update of their plugin will take my site down.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] ‘White screen of death’This same issue has affected me, except the only FTP/deactivate needed was to delete and re-install Jetpack.

The plugin worked – after a fair amount of cache clearing and restarting Explorer! Thanks!

In reply to: [A-Z Listing] post-type in shortcode to display posts only?Same here.
[a-z-listing] displays an index of site pages. But we want to list posts only.
[a-z-listing post-type=”post”] displays a blank page.
What other steps are needed, besides inserting shortcode?

UPDATE:
The names imported are unavailable for use in WordPress/Jetpack post notifications. The import failed to add the names to our WordPress Users. The import DID add the names to a list in the Email Subscribers plugin. The plugin is sending Post Notifications to this list. The Reports tab shows some (a very few) of the Notifications as “Viewed.” The Subscribers list is showing which of the emails has “Unsubscribed.”
When importing we selected the option to “Select Subscribers Email Status: Confirmed.” As a test, we “Unconfirmed” an email address (my own) and attempted to “Resend Confirmation.” The Confirm email has yet to arrive to Inbox or Junk folders.
The test email addy was returned to “Confirmed” status, and Post Notifications are being received.
We would change the review to four stars because some of the functions are working as advertised. If the Resend Confirmations worked for us, it could lead to more of the emails being viewed.
A second attempt to install from the repository worked.
The plugin proved to be less than helpful, and has been uninstalled. The import failed to make the names available for use in WordPress/Jetpack post notifications. The import failed to add the names to our Users.
NOTE: If you give an unfavorable review, the developer will stalk your social media asking you to change the review.

In reply to: [Easy Twitter Feed Widget Plugin] Widget MissingSettings > Easy Twitter Feed Widget fails to display a field to add our Twitter username. We are required to add the widget to the sidebar, and re-configure. I must concur that having an update blow-out all previous settings is a pain for just one website. What a task it must be tending to the same adjustment for multiple sites!
