I’ve copied all my wordpress files, and I’ve also changed wp-config.php to reflect my DB host, DB user, DB name and DB password. I’ve also put these into Filezilla. I now want to upload the wordpress folder from the left side of Filezilla (local side) to the right side (remote side). The problem is that there is no wordpress folder on the left side. How do I get my wordpress folder to the local side of Filezilla, so I can upload it?

My website is practice1.comli.com, using 000webhost.com, although there’s no web site there yet, because I can’t get past this hurdle of uploading WordPress.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, bemdesign, and I’m in the process of copying those files over right now. However, I find that it’s a very long and laborious process copying them over one by one, and I wonder if there’s an easier way. If I started all over again, could I install WordPress into a folder called wordpress, and how would I do that? Also, if I copy everything into my wordpress folder (which I’ve created already), I’ll have two copies of WordPress on my computer. So would it be better to delete each file after I’ve copied it over?

Thanks in advance, everyone, for any help you can provide.
