Hi Lisa,
The problem was I wasn’t even able to get to the wp dashboard because I couldn’t log in. I had to restore an old snapshot of the instance with upgraded ram and I was able to login with the same credentials. Not sure what happened there or maybe an update messed with WP idk. I am just glad that I’ll be able to close this help request and mark this as resolved.
