Hi – Many thanks for the message. I’ve done all of the suggested above but it still hasn’t fixed the issue. I’ll open a support case to see if we can get it resolved.

We are having the same issue – critical error when trying to view cart or checkout with the new releases 8.5 and 8.5.1. When we roll back to V8.4 all works fine.

Actually just to update you – we retested the API links and it all seems to be operational so maybe updating the permalinks as you suggested did do the trick for us. Thanks for your help, our link seems to be functioning ok now. I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

@xue28 thanks for coming back to me. None of the above has helped. The product is still there in the admin and had not been moved. I tried updating the permalinks as suggested, no change, still the same error response. The system report is below and hopefully might shed some light on the issue. The connection was working fine until the end of May so I’m not sure what changed after that.

Hi Robert, yes i’ve cleared all caches thanks, but the problem still persists. Could there be something other than jetpack causing it?

Hi – so it seems that it is a theme issue. When I switch to storefront with all plugins active the express checkout buttons appear on product and cart pages for both google and apple pay but when I switch to Astra they disappear.

I’ll contact the Astra Support to see if there is a fix.

Hi – that doesn’t seem to have done anything. Still nothing on apple pay at all.
I can see that it’s not displaying google pay on the product pages but it is on the cart page. Do you think it could be theme related? I’m using Astra theme.

Thanks for your reply. The issue is just with Apple Pay. Google pay works fine.
My domain is there on the stripe dashboard in the apple pay configuration section. All looks to be in order.

I’ve enabled logging in the plugin. Will I need to wait for any logs to appear or should they be there now already? I can’t see any stripe ones there now.

I have tested it on normal category pages and it actually does work well there. It appears to be the ‘on sale’ page that I’ve generated using the shortcode [awdr_sale_items_list] from the plugin where it still doesn’t sort the products at all.

Hi – many thanks for the code – I added it to the site but it hasn’t made any difference. Still sorts the products based on the original price rather than sale price and original price so the products look like they are not in the right order.
