Issue fixed. Thanks my provider contacted outlook. My ip is on a spam listing, but we don’t send spam, it is a courier company. We only send response emails. I asked them to investigate our account. They can verify this themselves.

I deactivated all other plugins, I’m still getting this issue.

I am using fluent smtp with forminator forms, it was sending emails just fine until a week or two ago. I also switched to another plugin and inplemented smtp via gmail and installed an autorization rule in google api console but that email also did not go through. Please assist.

Hello, sorry for the long wait. Another issue arose I had to deal with. Anyway, my issue is that the plugins that I am using to upload user’s info to my wp site don’t work all too well in uploading the info to the correct admin columns. I was hoping there was a way to upload users info to the submission entries directly instead. Is there a function in the pro forminator that allows this?

Resolved

Finally fixed the issue thanks. I had manually added the plugin from the file manager in cpanel. But it wasn’t the one registering with the site, it was a different random number plugin that was not connecting with forminator. I reinstalled it via the plugin upload and deactivated all other random number plugins. Edited the plugin code in wordpress and now I’m getting the specified number. Thanks.

Also, my user registration form is a form I created from scratch not the one that the plugin comes with.

Yes, you are right. The user signs up using the registration form. Then admin creates a documnent to be printed from the info stored in the database. But I cannot find the forminator collection data in the database. It is a myphpadmin db. I searched for info collected from user registration form. It is not showing up. But I see it in the forminator plugin in the backend.
