    I’ll also be notified by email when the forum for plugin support is updated. I think that notifications like this have been given to plugin authors as well.
    But I don’t get any response, so I think there is some reason. I think I’ve done everything I can, so I have to wait…

    I’m glad that it doesn’t seem to be a problem specific to the server I’m using, but I don’t get any response from the author.

    The website operated by the author, jojaba, is in French at the following URL.

    There was a mail form on this website, so I tried to contact them with the same contents, but there was no response. I myself am Japanese and I am not good at anything other than Japanese, but I also translated the original question with “Google Translate”. In the mail form, I will try to contact not only English but also French.

    The author’s Twitter, which was posted on the website, posted about masks on April 14th this year. However, there are no further posts on Twitter.
