I have done the standard debugging and still get the error.Tried disabling all plugins, etc.

The floating total does not display either way but the error only populates in console once someone scrolls. The client has paid for several OceanWP extensions also.

Never had an issue with the docs. They explained what each item is and what it does. What more can you ask for?

I need to list the users, and on each profile a there be a link to “claim the profile” – we have 250 users to add, and we want them to be able to claim their profile, we send the credentials then they go and update the profile.

Thanks – this is not tech support, this is a pre-sales question ?? If the software will not do this, what would it cost to customize to add the link.

Actually I would consider it Erick – I have since used the newer versions and have not had any major issues. I had forgotten this, long time ago. I will see if I can find out how to revise the original

I’m with ya man, I gave up up on Visser – and i had alot of extra paid work i was going to give them as well to customize some stuff. Customer service is terrible.

and I DID email you Michael, several months ago with new work and issues. and I never got a reply back. So i gave up. You should not be selling stuff you are not going to stay on top of programming wise.

and yes, i did scour the documentation but saw nothing on specifics about how to integrate or put hooks into the theme for the plugin if needed.

Hmm I did fill it out but we don’t user fedex or ups only usps ?? I will double check it but am pretty sure I did fill it out. Maybe a nice feature would a check box of which to include and not? ?? Killer plugin though really….

Yes – It has been common knowledge for years that this is an issue, there are hundreds of posts in the forums from as far back as 2008 about it but everyone only offers a work around for it – i am just curious as to why it is something that keeps being an issue at all after so many years.
