Maybe I was not very clear in explaining my issue here above. The mail is indeed correctly sent to the user who submitted the ticket. Yet there is no notification for the Admin of the website on which the plugin is installed, and this is a bit frustrating in my opinion (if the Site Admin does not connect to his WordPress Dashboard for one day or two, he has no notification at all about this new Ticket.)
I have seen in the Agents section of the Settings plugin menu that it is possible with the free version to assign Tickets to a support Agent (and multiple Agents with the premium version). However, I couldn’t find any option in the Ticket editing screen to assign a Ticket to an agent.
Can you explain how to assign a Ticket to a support Agent? Does this assignment trigger an email notification to the concerned Agent? Is there a way to assign automatically a default Agent to new Tickets (triggering thereby the email notification) ?
Also concerning the Email content that is sent to the End-User who submitted the Ticket, could you consider adding an
apply_filters()
call to the content of the mail before it is sent? This way I could modify the email easily, and my modifications would still be in place after a plugin update.Thank you in advance for your help,

I have tested again using the SMTP credentials from my hosting provider, with no success.
The email that is sent to the user who submitted the ticket has now at its bottom the “Sent using SMTP” information, so my SMTP is properly configured and working… (although it is true I would prefer this log information not to appear when the email is sent to real customers who asked for support, in this case it is at least useful for debugging ?? ).
