there used to be a bookmarklet in wordpress 1.x that did just that, a la “press this”. But it’s gone, and no one can find it!
Anyone got any ideas?

When linking into wordpress from flickr, flickr returns an invalid username or password fail.
Wordpress needs to have “remote publishing by xml-rpc” enabled on the dashboard/settings/write page before trying to make an incoming link! This is disabled by default, and not mentioned at the flickr end…
