Hello @squeasyweb

Please make sure that the page set as Checkout contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. I see that the website uses the DIVI template and it is possible that this shortcode was removed when creating the store using this builder.

Please make sure that the store does not have another plugin responsible for the quantity fields on the product page.

I will be grateful for WooCommerce status.

I apologize for the waiting time.

Please check the local memory limit value in the php.ini file on the server.
I will also be grateful for information whether this is the first installation of our plugin or whether it has been used before on this site.

I checked activation on a test installation with multisite and did not encounter a similar problem.
