The values ??of our fields are saved in the profile but WooCommerce decides whether the field will be completed in the next order.

WooCommerce caches those sections of the form that are constant for subsequent orders (e.g. Billing and Shipping) but does not cache those sections that change every time (e.g. the Order section and its Order notes).

Please add a Text field to the Billing section. This field will appear in the profile and will be completed with the next order (if it was completed with the first one).

I think the best solution is to add a placeholder.
Please go to the Appearance tab and enter the text e.g. Choose an option in the Placeholder input. The entered value will appear as the first option on the list but will not be treated as a selected option.

The configuration is correct and does not cause an issue on our clean test installation (default theme + latest WooCommerce and FQ versions):

I would be grateful for checking if this is not a conflict with another plugin.

Please install and activate the?Health Check & Troubleshooting. It allows the admin to disable plugins in troubleshooting mode. The website user will not see the changes e.g. will not see the changed template.

Troubleshooting steps

• Install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and turn on the troubleshooting mode.
• Test the plugin using Twenty Twenty or use a different default template. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.
• Disable plugins which are not ours or WooCommerce.
• Then enable plugins one by one and check if the issue still exists.
