.htaccess file contains rules to rewrite url https://www.domain.com/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/w3tc_rewrite_test. If handled by plugin, it returns “OK” message.
The plugin made a request to https://www.domain.com/wp-content/cache/minify/000000/w3tc_rewrite_test but received:
404 Not Found
instead of “OK” response.

is there any solution ?

i have around 2000 urls where i have to redirect them to new link structure at once. Is there any plugin supports bulk redirection ?

thanks for the article but my theme has 404.php still seositecheckup.com and iwebchk.com are showing that there is no custom 404 error page. could you please tel me why its happening ?

physically its not there in the root. but if i try to access it directly https://www.mysitename.com/sitemap.xml
its showing this code :

Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/

Sitemap: https://www.mysitename.com/sitemap.xml

yr ago i have strted this website.
in my webmasters account it displayed “Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt.”

so i got a doubt and opened the robots.txt directly and found that code. i havent created any robots.txt and its not there in my folder too

i didnt find any worng in error log

mean while i will check the error logs

clearing the browser cache is a temp soln for me. but every time i cant tell my vistrs to clear their cache
