We have version Version 3.15.3 installed.

Can you please advise what you mean by the following.

We have a fix in the next release (likely Monday) but it will be a workaround for another issue on your site that needs to be addressed.

Please advise what we should do to resolve this issue.

Thanks for getting back to me Justin.

1) Yes we are using WP Rocket. Cache clearing is set to 10 hours.
There is no js concatination being used, so the plugin js is being loaded as is.

2) Yes, clearing the cache works, but we don’t really want to have to go in and clear the cache every time we post to instagram. We’ve also gotten a new API key (access token is working), that also works, but this has been ongoing for a while now. The feed just won’t update unless we manually clear the cache. . .
Last posted image on site was 10 October. There have been 6 image on insta since then.

We currently have Cache Time set to one day ago.

What does the ‘clear cache on every page load (Developers only)’ cache setting do?
Is it worth giving this a try, obviously I don’t want to add to the load speed of the page, so will keep that in mind.

Any other ideas ?

Hey there – would really appreciate some help with this one ??

I have located the error in the plugin code causing the extra whitespace issue.
The file is :
/plugins/yith-woocommerce-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts/includes/functions.yith-wc-dynamic-pricing.php
And the fix is :
Remove the blank line at the start of the file.

For reference – this applies to Version 1.2.2 of this plugin

YITH – can you please advise if this will be fixed in the next version.
