I agree with what you said!
The endless pain in maintenance is not worth it when it’s proven not useful.

Though I have a different thought on Google My Business, but it doesn’t matter. For Google knowledge panels, I fully agree that it doesn’t rely on schema markups.

Yes it works!

When added in title/description, the first time it will show correctly as hyphen, but if you update the page again, then the hyphen cannot pass wordpress texturization and will be transferred to en dash again. but that’s not a problem, i can alwasy add unicode everytime when I have to change title/description, not very often though.

But I don’t know how to accomplish this though I have tried to read the doc. I can only use some some basic css customization. Is there any other way for beginner like me? Whether to force the Rev slider to load first or to force the page to display after all content loaded, either may solve my problem. Thanks agian!
