Thanks Leah! I appreciate the reply, regardless of how “limited” it may be.

It appears that I’m going to have my company’s IT dept set up WordPress on our IIS server, or if that can’t work, set up an instance of Apache.

This will undoubtedly solve my awfully unconventional workflow, and make it a lot more streamlined.

thanks for the reply. However, that’s truly unfortunate, as I’ve already scoured the support docs on the site for the information, and was unable to find anything about the questions mentioned above… Which is why I turned to HERE for support.

From what I found, I see that you have an addon for the Events Calendar that can act as a filter, but it’s not free (of course). And from what I can see, the other things I mentioned aren’t really easily implemented, but rather might be doable through a lot of customization, which isn’t really a possibility for me, as I’ve not really got the time to dedicate to hacking & slashing away at the code to accomplish that.

In short, I’m rather disappointed that you cannot offer me more aid or support with these issues, but I understand that because I’m a “free user”, my issues don’t really qualify for in-depth help.

I suppose I’ll take another look through the Guides / Docs in hopes that I can find an efficient way to accomplish what I wish to.

I certainly have a little PHP knowledge, so I can probably make this work. Thanks for the reply Matthew, good support goes a long way for me.

I will definitely try to put the filters in my functions.php file, and see if I can’t trim down on the amount of address info required.

Was hoping maybe you could take a look at it (the form in question is by default hidden by a collapsing panel, click it to reveal) Could you let me know if the current text boxes under “ship-to address” is normal ? I’m confused as to why it requires so many by default, and not just the one address. Perhaps you can shed some light on this.

Also, as a side note, might you know why the email I set the “send to” setting to would NOT be getting the output email from the form ? I tried placing my own email in there, and had no trouble receiving the email, but my colleague who it’s supposed to be sent to, is not getting anything.

Could you possibly give me a relatively simple walk-through of this ? I’m fairly knowledgable in HTMl / CSS, but kind of lacking in the PHP and jQuery dept. I’m not entirely worried about customizing the theme’s functionality either, as I don’t plan on updating the theme any time soon.

Thanks for the reply, I have indeed tried this already, in fact I’m doing it right now. I’ve narrowed down the theme-specific problem, to the options.php file, and have replaced it with a new and clean installs options.php file, and that seems to be working, so I’m going to try doing the same with whatever files are affected in the other conflicting plugin.

I’m having a similar issue, I was trying to set up the .csv file so that each dealer had a list of all the brands they carried ( listed as categories ) and after I tried deleting / re-uploading the csv multiple times, it appears to have broken my search as a whole, always yielding “no results found”

Could you confirm that this is indeed the issue, and also, can you tell me the easiest way to regulate this ?
