Hi @renisauria, Interesting – the ‘Start Configuring’ button is a straight-up link to the ‘License & API’ tab – nothing fancy happening there. Would you mind trying to click on the ‘License & API’ tab to see if that causes it too? Can you make it happen again? We are unable to reproduce the issue but if anyone else can – please do write us at [email protected] – we’re always happy to help!

No – Facebook is not required. In fact we can now configure your license of Token of Trust so that you do not require any sign-in (e.g. for shopping cart experiences like WooCommerce). If you’ve got a membership site and do want sign-in we can offer email as an alternative to Facebook.

The Token of Trust platform is capable of handling identity verification on any website or app, and it is possible to work in conjunction with a ticket purchasing platform. To get started, we recommend following the steps below:
1. Download the plugin and activate it from within your WordPress plugin management screen.
2. Get your free license.
3. Copy and paste your license key into the admin area of the Token of Trust Identity Verification Plugin for WordPress.
4. Add the Token of Trust components to the appropriate screens using our shotcodes available here.
