In reply to: Cart66 lite – can't figure out how to add Add to Cart buttonsThis is the site I used:
I thought it was very helpful. But google HTML tables, and you will find a plethora of information! For one thing, I needed more info on cell spacing and cell padding, to make more room around each image. I ended up asking a pro about that.
Good luck!

In reply to: Where in the world is my theme??David, you rescued me from a sleepless night last night! You gave me hope. I don’t know how to use FTP, and I have run out of time, so today I was able to get a hold of a professional who could sit down with me and do the necessary few clicks.
Thank you so much!

In reply to: Where in the world is my theme??I tried both – one gave me a white screen, the other en error 404 message. I am giving up. It’s been two days of frustration trying to switch my WP to a different host.
I’ll stay where I am and try to publish my files there (Page.ly), but nothing’s been easy so far.
I may have more stupid questions coming up…..Thank you!

In reply to: Where in the world is my theme??I hate to say this, I feel like an idiot, but what’s in front of that, and will it get me to Photabulous, so that I can download it to my new host? I tried to put WordPress.com in front of it along various other combos, but it’s not getting me anywhere.
I am desperate for help.
Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Cart66 lite – can't figure out how to add Add to Cart buttonsI finally figured it out. I had to copy and paste an HTML table into my Editor. The cells allowed me to put images, text, and Add to Cart buttons where I wanted them.
I come from iWeb, so this is a steep learning curve.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: Cart66 lite – can't figure out how to add Add to Cart buttonsI have tried some more, and I tried uploading the images one by one instead of the whole gallery at once. I can add the button to the pictures now, but it’s impossible to get them to be where I want them to be! When I think I have put them in the right places in the editor, it doesn’t look right on the page. The images are not aligned, and the buttons are sometimes where they are supposed to be (right underneath the image), sometimes far away. And they move!
Is there a trick to this I haven’t found?I would like to get this figured out before I publish my site, so it’s not published yet.
I would really appreciate any help!
Thanks,

In reply to: Want to get rid of categories and post pageHi alchymyth,
Below is what I found in the header.php. What part of this should I delete?
My theme is Photabulous, but my site isn’t public yet. I can send you the temporary URL, but then you’d need my password, right? Is it necessary in order to help me?Thanks!

In reply to: How to make a name in a text clickable?Hahaa! I figured it out! After two days of searching and searching, I found the answer myself. It helps to take a break. For anyone else wondering about this (I hope I’m not the only one), I edited the link in HTML instead of in Visual. This took care of both problems. It sounds simple now, but it really wasn’t that obvious to me.
