That was not exactly the nicest nor most helpful response I could have received. Why bother respond at all if nothing you say is constructive or advisory?

I wouldn’t bother coming to some random forum asking for help if I hadn’t already spoken to the web hosting service. They pointed me towards wordpress and lucky me I have found you. So much thanks for the help hun.

This site is fast becoming my worst nightmare, No staff whatsoever… No live chat, email support or call centres. They are years behind their competition in that regard.

I started off wanting help making my site better but now I want to find out how to get a transfer pin or something so I can go elsewhere.
