    Hi @uogecko,

    Which version of Taxify and WooCommerce are you using? On the Taxify settings screen at the top left it will display the versions. Here is what I see:

    Taxify version: 1.2.8.1
    WooCommerce version 3.5.3

    There are only two settings you need to configure:

    1. A checkbox for Enable Taxify tax calculations
    2. The Taxify API Key

    Then click Save changes.

    The settings are saved through WooCommerce settings API. I just tested, and had zero issues. I also tested the tax calculations for logged in and non-logged in customers on the frontend, and still saw no issues. I couldn’t find any issues at all. It appears you may have other issues unrelated to the plugin. If you provided more detail, I might be able to help more. Perhaps switching themes and disabling all other plugins besides WooCommerce and Taxify to see if the issues you describe are remedied.

    The plugin itself is free. The plugin connects you to the Taxify API tax service, which offers a free trial to make sure it works for you, before any commitment is required. Was this unclear?

    Hi @hrvbaby25,

    Sorry for not responding to your support request. We don’t do any support here. Please go to https://support.taxify.co/, and if your topic is not listed, please give Taxify a call.

    If you haven’t already, be sure to check that your API Key has been entered on the settings page, and that it has been verified, as shown the screenshot below.

    I will mark this as resolved, since support isn’t handled here.

    It says on the description “Simple Comments” blocks 100% of the spam. Simple Comments is an upgrade from Spam Free WordPress.

    Although the REST API no longer works because the corresponding web site no longer exists, there is a way to simulate registration. Open /wp-content/plugins/wp-error-fix/application/Service/Model/rest.php, and go to line 58 then change the following:

    $response->status = 'failed';

    to

    $response->status = 'success';

    Hi Mark,

    We responded to your support tickets 5 times each. In fact, we even cc’d the contact emails found on https://www.bronyland.com/, to try to ensure you would receive them. Our email servers use SPF and DKIM to guarantee our support email won’t land in your spam folder. We also use Zendesk for support. Our email is not getting to you it appears, because there is something wrong with your email setup. Send us another support request, but use a Gmail account, so you will receive our response, since your email is broken. We even went so far as to fill out a contact form on https://www.bronyland.com/ to explain your email problem, but we never received a response from you. We are not ignoring your support requests.

    From your first support request the error messages indicate your options table in your database is corrupted. Please get support from your web host to fix this problem, as it is not related to Simple Comments. We’d be happy to assist you, but you must use an email address that allows us to respond.

    Kind regards,

    I just want to make one thing very clear. Solving problems, and user experience of my paid software, is all that matters to me. Simple Comments has solved the problems of blocking spambots and hackbots that thousands of other plugins could not, so I am very proud I could make that contribution, albeit the time was not free to develop that solution, and obtaining that solution comes at a small but fair price. Opinions about how I encourage users of Spam Free WordPress to upgrade to a better solution also don’t matter to me, just that my paying customers are satisfied with the solution I have provided for their benefit. Here is an example of real problems that concern me every day, which make the pettiness on www.remarpro.com meaningless:

    Now I understand why the moderators here will not allow me to defend myself or my plugin in the comments, and instead delete my response, but will allow others to use profanity, and make false statements. I guess moderation is based on the opinion of the moderator, and not objective standards. That’s not professional. If you can’t remain impartial and objective then you should not be moderating comments for this plugin.

    Nothing you’ve mentioned makes Spam Free WordPress any less capable of blocking spam out-of-the-box, with no additional configuration.

    Spam Free WordPress is the free version of Simple Comments, although Simple Comments does have a ton more features and ability to block spambots and hackbots, it is an upgrade from Spam Free WordPress. The plugins use different names to avoid confusion.

    Spam Free WordPress isn’t a commercial solution, so if you’re getting targeted by spambots you need something a lot stronger, like Simple Comments. I’ve provided a 10% off Coupon Code WPSFW. Your time is a lot more valuable than dealing with spam every day, or taking the time to write a negative review rather than solving your issue.

    As for the commercial strength paid plugin Simple Comments, just read the reviews:

    There are over 563,000 downloads of Spam Free WordPress. If it was fake no would download it, and www.remarpro.com would have pulled it out of the repository.

    Hi Massoft,

    Each subdomain requires its own activation license, so you would need 6 blog activations. If you purchase a 5 blog activation package, I will setup your account for 6 total, so don’t have to buy the more expensive package just to add one more.

    If you have any other questions before your purchase please go to [ link to commercial product shop page redacted ], and click on the Product Enquiry tab/link. That will open up a form to submit questions about the product.
