I click the link to install the new version, it freezes then tries to load the new version & an message appears saying that an installation has failed & to try again.

That’s all that happens…

It reset itself without me doing anything. But I still need to update to 3.9 what would you recommend me doing now?

Hi All, I’ve downloaded & activated the One Click Child Theme Plugin via the plugin page of my clients site, I then tried to fil in the form as instructed but I then just got this message:

This child theme requires its parent theme, RT-Theme 16.

Any ideas or help to how I get the One Click Child Theme Plugin to work?

hi,

I clicked into the settings panel & where the URL is entered, it had a /blog on the end of the URL (mate set it up) & I wanted it to just be .co.uk or .com as we have both so I changed it to just .co.uk & that is when it seemed to drop the WP CSS.

Will the site still be there? I’ve spent so much time putting this together…

I hope its ok, any help would be great.
