thx for the answer but is there nothing possible? Because when I sell tickets for an event and they don’t arrive all at the same time. How does this work? And if I purchase the tickets plus plugin to use the QR-code scanner. How do I scan the tickets when not all attendees are there at the same time?

I hope you understand my problem and know a workaround.

but I already went trough those settings and my Ticket e-mail setting is configured for the attendee.

So why is my admin getting the “You have Tickets” e-mail instead of the attendee?

thx for answering. No the problem is when i fill out a test credit card (stripe) and fill in my e-mail address and details, then when sending the form. I get the confirmation page but there it says my admin e-mail as the purchaser and i also receive an e-mail with my ticket on this e-mail and not the one I entered.

It’s really frustrating because I don’t have settings in the plugin for that.

and The events calendar is Version 6.5.0?

I found the plugin creating a conflict: Booking Calendar Extended WpDevArt.

But how do I solve this without deactivating this one?

In my settings tab I have the site-wide time zone “Luxembourg”, and weeks start on Monday. Date Format is 21/05/2024, 10:33.

And when creating an event, I set up with a timezone because I can’t leave it blank.

Event Entry:

Start/End 26/10/2024 to 27/10/2024 Luxembourg

All Day Event

This event is all day starting on 26 October and ending on 27 October 2024.

It still doesn’t work. I don’t have a caching plugin etc

Yes this is the issue, the event is setup for the 26-27 but in the front end it starts at the 25th.

I bought your plugin but I can’t choose my own payment option which is vivawallet. It only lets me choose from the default ones

Thank you for your answer but the problem is not that it goes down out of the window but left out of the window. The menu “accueil” is the problem when the browser window gets smaller.
