I try to deactivate all the plugin on the network and reactivate one by on, no change.

Here as well.
When create multi slide all fine, but if I enter a slide to edit or if i create a single slide the issue occurs..
I’m running it in a multisite wordpress installation, I installed your plugin on the network.
I tryed localy with one site, the same theme and the same plugin on the network and all is fine.
Maybe some fault in the configuration?

I have deactivated the customer area because for some time my customer don’t need it, so that Contact form builder run ok.
I’ll try on my local to verify if the problem is solved, after i write back.

I solved it, simply leave the url field in the custom link blank.
Maybe in WP code from WP 4.2 have made some change because on WP 4.1.1 the “#” for url field was required.

I tryed to put in the link url “a link to a page” instead of “#” and the active class will be remove.
But can’t work in this method…

But I tried their method many hours before they write to me, so I wrote there because maybe the problem is in WP Costumer Area.

I tryed with recaptca too, the result is the same.
I have deactivated WP Costumer Area and both the method in the Contact Form Builder start to run correctly.
Maybe is a problem that I forward to the author of the WP Costumer Area.
