I tried both and am still getting nothing. Will look at other options. Thank you for your help anyway, very much appreciated!
Ok thanks. It would definitely be the latter “hiccup” since I can see the all of the shares for that article (https://thepublicservant.ca/public-servants-launch-periscope-challenge/) on Twitter. On the article page, it even says 29 shares before I updated the plugin.
So what do you mean when you say try the mashengine service instead? Just wondering what the next steps are for me to do now. Thanks!
Thanks, I enabled the debug mode. I don’t know if I’m using a cache. I think so? I just know that my shares were working earlier this week (Monday: https://thepublicservant.ca/public-servants-launch-periscope-challenge/) and then after the update, they’re not. The shares for Monday’s article should be twice that as well since it was shared heavily yesterday and Monday evening. Thank you for your help!

It’s strange because my site visitors are government agencies so there’s no real reason for them to be getting that error / no access.
@ben1028 thanks again. Yeah I’m with Godaddy so I’ll try contacting them. But it would be great if LordPretender could fix on his end as I love this plugin.
@ben1028 thanks… that is very helpful and is pretty much exactly the same thing that is happening to me. Disappears at 8PM and reappears hours later. i believe my wordpress time is correct but how do i change the server time?
Ok thanks for replying. It’s just weird that lately this plugin stopped showing any data after 7pm for daily top posts but other plugins that pull from Jetpack show data all the time and don’t go blank. I don’t want to use those other ones, I like this one the best ??
