I don’t understand why this is so difficult. Facebook puts me in a maze of hundreds of steps and even figuring out what is where is a problem. We only use Hello Theme in our designs and all designs are uniquely created with Elementor. We’ve never had this problem before. The only thing out of our control on this website is the security and caching plugin. The firm controls these areas itself. Could this problem be caused by one of these areas? Or do you have a different recommendation?

The code snippet you provided clarifies the image but also causes it to shrink.
