In reply to: [WP Super Cache] Maximum 1 page cached@donncha My bad…I thought I replied to, and closed all related threads, about this issue.
Seemed it was caused by SEO Yoast latest version, when I rolled that plugin back to an older version everything was fine again. Thanks for the reply, sorry for not closing it prior to this.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] 404 product pages & Cache removalHi @mikes41720 ,
The website never used SEO Pack addon of TranslatePress,
which hasn’t been an issue since using both plugins.I tried reversing the version of TranslatePress instead of Yoast SEO, but issues stayed.
I rolled back Yoast SEO version one by one, to see at which version update the issue starts, both the WP Super Caching and 404’ing of WooCommerce product pages.
Version 16.1 the issues are present.
Version 16.0.2 the issues are not present. So I’m assuming something 16.1 did causes it.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] 404 product pages & Cache removalHi @mazedulislamkhan ,
Understandable, but sadly I’m not the one that has the decision power when it comes to such in any case.
A solution I found to both the 404’ing of product pages and the caching issue seems to be to rollback Yoast SEO to version 16.0, so far I’ve been unable to reproduce the issues.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] 404 product pages & Cache removalHi @mazedulislamkhan , thank you for your time and support
Health Check & Troubleshooting is a handy plugin I didn’t know of, thanks for the recommendation, saves me changing the online version of the website.
In there I’ve only enabled 3 plugins:
- WooCommerce (to get the product pages)
- TranslatePress (to swap language selection)
- Yoast SEO
Testing the 404 issue:
load product page in dutch = loaded correctly
load homepage in french > refreshing the product page = “this page cannot be found”
( Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () )
refreshing the product page again = loaded correctlyWithout Yoast SEO the 404 issue is not reproduceable
With Yoast SEO the 404 issue is reproduceableSo stuck at step 11 in the step-by-step guide.
As can be seen, all plugins are up-to-date, and utilizing Twenty-Twenty theme:

If not enough information, let me know.I recorded a bit too much, but wanted to make sure I did all steps, a bit on the late side here.

The caching issue with WP Super Cache is something I can’t test in this environment as I can’t enable it for troubleshooting, but isn’t as important as the 404 issue currently happening.
Thanks again for your Thorough reply.
TimothyI disabled all plugins again, just to fully document the steps taken and…
Me coming to the conclusion it had something to do with TranslatePress was wrong, as it seems to be caused by Yoast SEO.
I swear I disabled Yoast SEO last time too (select all > deselect WooCommerce & TranslatePress > deactivate), and that the issue was still present with only WooCommerce and TranslatePress active, but this time it isn’t, which makes me uncomfortable that I came to my previous conclusion. Thanks for the time and the reply, and sorry for my wrong analysis.
Hi @alexcozmoslabs,
Reupdating the permalinks was the first thing I did when I was told about this issue, and yes, we are utilizing the “post name” and “default” for WooCommerce.
Normal pages, outside of WooCommerce load fine, it’s just the WooCommerce product pages themselves.
We’ve been using WooCommerce and TranslatePress for quite a while now, which is why I find it weird to suddenly have this issue pop up.
Like, the product page works upon a reload of the 404, but ofcourse clients/website visitors don’t try that before mailing us.I will open a ticket on your website, with all needed info, and I’m sure to update this one the moment a solution was found in case of others having the same (or for google searches).
Thanks for your help and time

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Additional my-account pages- When I move the “courses” page anywhere else, there’s no issue. Be it without a parent page or any other parent. Courses subpages 404’ing only occurs when parent is WooCommerce’s my-account page
- Tried saving permalinks before, didn’t fix it
- Tried switching to Storefront before, didn’t fix it
- WP-staging > disabled all plugins besides WooCommerce & TutorLMS > the issue is sadly still there, and works without a parent page, or on any other parent page

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Additional my-account pages@imazed Hi ??
I’ve simply added a subpage called courses to my-account, not through code this time around as TutorLMS hooks itself onto an existing page.
What I got at the moment:
Title: My Account :: Slug: my-account :: id: 13646
— Title: Courses :: Slug: slug :: id: 14005Thanks for the quick reply!
