Thank you for the detailed answer. I will pursue this with our hosting service.
Thank you for the reply. The error has also occurred in the past on https://thelacemuseum.org/ and on https://thelacemuseum.org/virtual-education/ both immediately after I used Siteground to edit the particular page on our staging site and then deployed our staging site to the main site. The error resolves itself after a time, usually several hours. The problem I was having last night no longer exists and I can view https://thelacemuseum.org/past-workshops-images/ in Chrome now. While the problem exists, it’s disruptive to end users.
I don’t understand what the error message is telling me. I’ve never edited the cache.php or load.php file. The error message always refers to line 716 in load.php. These are lines 715, 716 and 717.
if ( ! wp_using_ext_object_cache() ) {
require_once ABSPATH . WPINC . ‘/cache.php’;
}
Do you have any insight as to what creates cache.php and load.php in an installation: GeneratePress, SiteGround (host) or WordPress 6.0?Thank you for the research. I followed your path of testing in various scenarios with different browsers. In each test, when I changed the password in one browser, I had to login again in the second browser with the new password. So the email was a scam.
Thank you for the quick reply and suggestion.
I’m hesitant to install this plug-in. It doesn’t appear to have a track record with # of users or reviews and the link to the developer “xdigital” is broken.
Do you have experience with the plug-in?
Marking this as resolved.
Hello,
Thank you for responding. The problem seems to have resolved itself. I was notified of a plugin update on my staging site this morning. I updated and deployed my site and am not seeing the issue now. For the record, I have two images of what was happening.Page formatted correctly with SG Security deactivated. Both classes have image on the left and text on the right:
https://thelacemuseum.org/wp-content/uploads/SG-Security-DEACTIVATED-workshops-page.jpgPage formatted incorrectly with SG Secuirty activated. The second class has the image too large and the text below the image.

In reply to: [GenerateBlocks] Grid horizontal gap not working in nested gridsThank you for the follow up. The image that you sent is the fixed site. I discovered that the problem was incapability with a different plug-in. The problem is resolved.

In reply to: [GenerateBlocks] Grid horizontal gap not working in nested gridsThank you so much for the quick response. I’ve turned off caching and flushed the cache.
The screen shot you sent is actually a cached version. What you highlighted is no longer on the page. However, the screenshot does illustrate my problem.
The first iteration of Hearts within a Star is how the grid should look. The image on the left and the text on the right with a gap. The text on the right is made up of a series of grids one on top of the other. I duplicated the first grid so I could edit the contents for another ornament.
The second iteration of Harts within a Star has no gap between the image and the text. Also, in the text area, those grids do not correspond to the percentages of their individual containers.
By WordPress, I mean editing the page by clicking on Edit from the Pages list in the admin panel.
Thank you. That worked very well.
Works perfectly! Thank you for such a quick response.
