I also see this error on the Contact page when looking at my lists:

Yes, when the plugin is deactivated, the events return. They are always there on the backend, but when the plugin is activated, they disappear from the front end, when deactivated they all show up. So it is definitely related.

I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled this plugin. It says it does not have a valid header. Something is really wrong with it…. please fix it!

SOLVED I ended up overwriting the Events Manager Events Page with the word CONTENTS and applied the shortcode to the page. It is working that way.

I am not using a shortcode on this page. It is the page set for Event List/Archives, and I have the radio button checked for “Show Events Search”, which is why there is a search bar on this page.

I tried the shortcode on this page, which does use a shortcode for the calendar, sand the search form works here:

I am also having an issue with notifications not being sent/received. Do I have to use Mandrill (I did get an API key) or will this work without Mandrill box being checked?
