and it quit working on V 3.2. I’m not sure if it’s a caching issue or not but I’ll still randomly get “ERROR: Site key no longer exists” even though I uninstalled and deleted the files.

This worked awesome before until the major upgrade. But we can’t complain too much as it is FREE… ??

This doesn’t work for me. I got the new keys (site and secret), put them in and I’m still getting “Site Keys do not exist”.

I then removed that and went to V 3.2. That at least right now “seems” to work.

This made my head hurt trying to figure this out.

So we scrapped the test environment and did a complete copy of Prod to a new test environment. I just looked at my .htaccess file… HOLY CRAP!

It looks like it’s all W3TC cache and then the default wordpress .htaccess

And another thing I noticed.. it hangs on any plugin install/unpackaging OR theme importing. I’m trying everything I can here with no luck

Yes – and none of them now show the theme preview (production) and this test environment.

It has always worked but stopped when I upgraded to 3.7.1

I’ve wiped the install out completely several times including installing it and then downloading from WordPress and uploading the files as you said.. still doesn’t work

Just did that and still doesn’t work

One thing I did notice is that in both default themes that are included in the base install (Theme 2013 and 2012), when you click Preview there is no “Navigation”/Menu on the side where you can select the Site Title/Tagline, Colors, Background Image etc…

Perhaps that’s the issue here?

I just installed a brand new 3.7.1 WordPress install. Activated no plug in nor did I import/install any.

I tried to preview the default theme and all I get is a blank white page on both themes.

I’ve tested this in both IE and Palemoon.

Help!

Hopefully the creator will chime in and just say it’s “Ok” and it’ll show up when it goes active.
