Try clearing all cache including minify and Cloudflare or any caching CDN.

It was a plugin conflict. The problem plugin was: WP Contact Slider.

I deleted and reinstalled using WordPress installer.

FTP, I do not know anything about BIN (binary) mode.

Now I am getting this:
