That’s correct.
They appear to be “normal” order until we try to Complete/capture the payment, at which point it fails. I just had another case, two orders that appear as “Processing”, but looking at transaction details I already know they will fail as they are missing an order ID from the payment provider.

I don’t see any clear pattern:
– Some orders have one book, some have multiple
– Most are in our main category “Book”, but some are also in “Book bundle”.
– The payment solutions also vary between two options at checkout (Klarna and Vipps) and express checkout (Vipps).

I get no fatal errors, and as previously mentioned, the orders do not show up in the payment solution logs either.

On hold dukker f?rst opp etter jeg pr?ver ? endre ordren fra Processing til Complete, s? har ikke noen indikasjon p? feilen f?r vi innser at den feiler! Den ser alts? helt fin ut inntil vi endrer til Complete/pr?ver Capture payment.

Den er f?rt som CANCEL inne i transaksjonsdetaljer. Vi har ogs? hatt samme feil med Klarna. Da har vi greid ? capture betalingen inne i Klarnas systemer, men den blir st?ende som On Hold i WooCommerce og da tydeligvis med en feil i referansen. Den kan ikke konverteres som Completed.

Dette gjelder totalt ca 15 ordre med vipps og ca 10 med Klarna den siste m?neden.

Vi har opplevd et nytt case av dette n?. 3 ordre plassert av samme person: f?rste med hurtigkasse, andre med checkout, siste med hurtigkasse – alle er blitt satt p? samme minutt og umulig ? fullf?re (stuck On hold).

Loggen nevner ikke noen av disse 3 ordrene.

Det m? v?re WooCommerce som er problemet med disse? Har pr?vd ? finne andre med samme feil uten hell.

(Det at det ikke har skjedd noe betaling er jo egentlig ikke bra n?r vi har sendt ut varen og dermed ikke f?r betalt for den)

Aha. Jeg s? det nemlig i den nevnte integrasjonen til Frisk forlag, men det viste seg ? v?re terms til Vipps og ikke til nettbutikken:

Da f?r vi v?re t?lmodig med oppdatering av betalings-api.

Oppf?lging til denne: Vi har noen vilk?r som i dag vises som egen side (Always ask for confirmation on Express Checkout), s? den delbare lenken f?rer f?rst til en side lenke til terms og checkbox, og ny Vipps-knapp som laster selve Vipps-grensesnittet. Men jeg har sett andre bake dette inn i selve Vipps-appen som et ekstra trinn der, ogs? med deres plugin. Det f?les mer smidig, men jeg vet ikke hvordan det settes opp s?nn? Eksempelet jeg s? var p? Frisk forlag, da er det en lenke derfra til terms, men p? en side inne i Vipps-appen. Hva skal til for ? f? til en s?nn l?sning?

Det kan se ut som “Buy now” compability mode gjorde susen!

Takk for tips om ordrelogg. Jeg fant ikke ordrene nevnt i loggen, hverken for Vipps-ordrene eller Klarna-ordrene i sine respektive logger. Jeg finner derimot ordrene f?r og de etter i loggen.

Siden Vipps-metaboksen er s? ? si tom, greier jeg ikke identifisere om de ble betalt med hurtigkasse eller checkout, men Klarna-ordrene m? i alle fall ha v?rt via handlekurs og checkout. S?nn sett antar jeg kanskje ikke at Hurtigkasse er problemet.

Virker rett og slett som transaksjonene er helt borte.

Det som er litt interessant med Klarna, er at der har vi kunnet trekke bel?pene via deres portal. Der har de blitt sl?tt sammen (en ordre p? 299 + en p? 99 har blitt til et bel?p p? 398 vi kan fange). Men n?r jeg da tilbake i WC pr?ver ? oppdatere ordren til Complete f?r jeg fortsatt feilmelding. Alts? penser tilbake til On Hold.

Jeg har alts? forel?pig ikke greid ? finne transaksjonene hos Vipps – m? muligens sjekke mer der.

Vi skal kontakte kundene i morgen og se om de kan dele kvittering fra seg, eller om de bare har f?tt reservasjonen fjernet (vi mailet én som sa at bel?pet hadde blitt reservert, men vi har ikke fulgt opp om det faktisk ble trukket)

For moro skyld pr?vde jeg n? ? plassere to hurtigkasse-ordre p? et dummyprodukt innenfor samme minutt. Det var en liten utfordring i seg selv ? rekke, s? noe rart m? ha skjedd med tidspunktet p? de tidligere ordrene. Nekter ? tro at FLERE kunder sitter med stoppeklokke og ulike vinduer for ? rekke ? f? to ordre innenfor et minutt! M? ha skjedd noe opphoping av ordre p? et vis n?r de kommer p? samme minutt. Men: Jeg opplevde IKKE at de fikk samme On Hold-problem. S? da er det noen mulige ?rsaker:
Det var noe annet, mystisk som skjedde med de ordrene slik at de landet p? samme minutt.
Problemet for Vipps ble l?st med den nyeste oppdateringen av pluginen deres
Problemet eksisterer fortsatt, men jeg har ikke greid ? reprodusere feilen

Vi fikk problem med en Klarna-transaksjon i dag – men der ser jeg at vi ikke hadde helt nyeste versjon av Klarna-pluginen (som fikk en hotfix p? noe session cache f?r i dag)

Det er jo da litt rart at det ikke er konsekvent, og kun gjelder for Hurtigkasse (ikke Vipps-betaling i kassen)? Kanskje det jeg kl?r meg mest i hodet av.

Selve webhooken bruker order.created som topic. Virker som det er den mest vanlige til dette form?let. Men jeg pr?ver n? med en annen action (woocommerce_payment_complete) og henter ordredata fra ordre-iden som den sender ut. Krysser fingrene for at den f?r med mer info
