This is a wordpress 3.6 issue. This will be resolved in 3.6.1

in the meantime remove the:
//@ sourceMappingURL=jquery-1.10.2.min.map
/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js line 2
as mentioned above and update to 3.6.1 when its released.
