Thanks for the response, I do have access to my MySQL table through my server CPanel but I no longer to fix the problem as I have uninstalled the plugin (my client has now said they don’t want a search bar on their site).
Thank you for you support though and if I ever work on a site where a good search engine is required in the future, I’ll be sure to use this plugin as I feel it is much higher quality than most of the other free search plugins available.
I don’t know if you’ll still want to post the MySQL query you mentioned as a point of reference for other people who may be having the same problem?
